Wakiso Chief Administrative Officer Jude Mark Bukenya has warned public servants against engaging in fraud or manipulation to reclaim stalls in government-built markets, stating that anyone implicated will face disciplinary action. Bukenya issued the warning at the Wakiso District headquarters during the signing of contracts for the construction of two major markets valued at approximately Shs46 billion.
